Telenor SIM registration is the process of linking a SIM card to the user’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). This means that every SIM card is officially recorded under the person’s name who owns it. The main purpose of registration is to protect customers’ identities and ensure secure communication. Without registration, a SIM card cannot be activated or used for calls, SMS, or internet services.

How to Register a Telenor SIM

Registering a Telenor SIM is a simple and quick process. There are two main ways to register your SIM:

Through a Telenor Franchise or Retailer:

Visit your nearest Telenor franchise or authorized retailer.

Bring your original CNIC.

Provide your thumb impression for biometric verification.

Once verified, your SIM will be registered in your name and activated.

Checking SIM Registration Status:

To check if your SIM is registered, send your CNIC number (without dashes) to 668.

You will receive a message showing all numbers registered under your CNIC.

If you find any unrecognized numbers, report them
