We are passionate about helping children and young people achieve a healthier, happier lifestyle. Founded in 2007 by Hazel Shaw, an experienced PE teacher, our non-profit organisation was created in response to the growing health concerns among young people across the UK. Witnessing a decline in fitness levels and a rise in childhood obesity, Hazel was driven to make a difference—offering support, education, and practical solutions to help young people take control of their health.
