Set Apart Fence and Deck

Set Apart Fence and Deck provides professional fencing and decking services in Durango, Bayfield, and Southwest Colorado. We deliver quality craftsmanship built to withstand the region’s Rocky Mountain elements while creating outdoor spaces that are durable, functional, and built to last.

Our fencing services include residential privacy fencing, mixed-panel fencing, and agricultural fencing for homes, ranches, and properties. For outdoor living spaces, we build custom attached, detached, and floating decks, along with pergolas, docks, bridges, and other custom outdoor structures. Whether you need a durable fence for privacy, security, or property boundaries, or a custom deck for relaxing and entertaining, our team focuses on strong construction, quality materials, and attention to detail.

From the initial quote to the final nail, we prioritize clear communication, fair pricing, and dependable workmanship without cutting corners. We treat every project like it’s our own home and take pride in building outdoor structures designed to handle Colorado’s changing seasons.

Founded by Shawn and Bray, Set Apart Fence and Deck was built on a simple mission: do the job right, treat people well, and build something that lasts. Their years of construction experience shaped a company where integrity, communication, and quality come first. We stand behind our work with a 1-year, no-questions-asked warranty.

Whether you’re planning a new fence, upgrading your property with a custom deck, or looking for a unique outdoor structure, Set Apart Fence and Deck is ready to bring your vision to life with craftsmanship you can rely on.
