Outlive

Outlive is a pioneering youth-suicide prevention programme in India, designed for young people between the ages of 18 and 24 who are experiencing distress, self-harm thoughts, or suicidal ideation.

One of Outlive’s key offerings is its anonymous, chat-based peer support service, where young people can connect with trained peers to talk openly about their struggles in a safe and non-judgmental space. The initiative also runs several interconnected programs, including youth advocacy and training to empower young leaders, public engagement campaigns that raise awareness and challenge stigma, and storytelling initiatives that share lived experiences to foster understanding and connection.
