Modern Therapy Seattle

Modern Therapy Seattle is a Seattle- and Bellingham-based group psychotherapy practice offering individual, adolescent, couples, and sex therapy from an existential, humanistic framework. We create an accepting, non-judgmental space for clients whose identities or needs fall outside the mainstream, while also welcoming those who identify as "normal." Services are available in-person or via telehealth across Washington, Colorado, and Florida, with low-cost options through supervised interns for greater accessibility.
