Cleartwo started when two veterans of the IT sector (one from PPC Agency Stockport and one from Manchester) both started to notice the same unsettling trend: The industry was becoming more confused and divided. Many companies outsourced their IT concerns to contractors, which enabled a culture of passing the blame when help was needed most.
